Acceptable Use Policy
These rules protect recipients, customers and the ExportFlow service.
HUMAN_APPROVAL before live payments: confirm the final domain, monitored support/privacy email, refund position, data-retention periods and obtain Hong Kong legal review.
Permitted use
Use ExportFlow for lawful, review-first business research, customer relationship management, individualised outreach preparation, follow-up management and quotation drafting.
Prohibited use
- Spam, bulk unsolicited messaging, harassment or deceptive identity practices.
- Uploading unlawfully obtained contact lists or sensitive data that is unnecessary for the stated purpose.
- False product claims, fabricated buyer research, misleading prices or impersonation.
- Malware, credential theft, security testing without written permission, scraping or attempts to bypass plan limits.
- Illegal, sanctioned, infringing or harmful goods, services or transactions.
- Using AI drafts without human verification or as professional legal, financial or compliance advice.
Enforcement
We may investigate, rate-limit, suspend or terminate accounts that create security, legal or recipient harm. Where appropriate, we may preserve records or cooperate with lawful requests. Customers may contact the approved abuse address once activated.
